1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply:   

> Add to Cart & Checkout –  Choose your desired item, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

> Fill Out Your Information – Provide your shipping and contact details to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

> Select Payment Method – Choose from BPI, GCash, or Maya.

> Confirmation – Click 'Complete Order', then wait for an email confirmation with your order details.

> Payment – Settle the payment and send proof of payment to our Facebook or Instagram account.

2. What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept exchanges ONLY for defective items or incorrect orders sent by our staff. Please note:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • We do not offer refunds, so please review your order carefully before checkout.
  • Always double-check the item upon receipt. For product exchanges, providing video proof is required.

3. How much is the shipping fee?   

Standard Shipping: ₱80 via J&T Express.

Same-day Delivery (Metro Manila only) : If you prefer Lalamove or Grab, please see #4. 

4. Can I use courier services for shipping?

Yes! We offer Lalamove and Grab transactions within Metro Manila. To arrange this:  Place your order through our website. Message us on Facebook or IG (Madnessclothingph) to coordinate the pickup.

5. Where can I find the size chart?

  • The size chart is available on our Facebook page or IG (madnessclothingph).
  • You can also find it on the last section of the menu bar.
